CTP is a fully professional animation software. I´ve been using it as a professional for six years now. It has been discontinued as far as new versions are concerned, but still as good as ever.

dragonxd1124: ur coment was kind of silly but i'm gonna explain it, for profetional animation like this they normaly use "toons" (hard to get and hard to learn), for amateur stuff I recomend "CTP" (cartoon television program), u can clean the frames, paint them, edit the animation and make a simple composition with a background, it is cheap and easy to learn, hope u understand my english and get what u need
