Opera singers do not use amplification microphones, so she doesn't have one hidden anywhere. The only microphones are the ones recording the sound. There are some on the edge of the stage and some suspended in the air across the theatre. The orchestra is in a pit in front of the stage, that's why you don't see it. You can see what I mean if you check the beginning of this opera, also on my channel.

Erm... No, they're women. Stage makeup is not supposed to be seen up-close. Most of the techniques are similar to drag queen makeup, that's why you're confused xD

I love Diana Damrau!!! What a voice!!! And what a talent for acting.
When you see her in a talkshow, you would not believe it, she is so natural and has no "Diva"-behaviour at all in real life. Diana Damrau is absolutely fantastic.

Yeah, it's "O zittre nicht". This part just sounds so much different because the Queen of the Night suddenly changes in mind and is happy now and not sad anymore ;).

While I think O Zitre Nicht is more beautiful, I think Der Holle Rache is more impressive on the whole. Love them both, and Diana Damrau IS the Queen of the Night...there is no other!
