Ummm..... the color of the sky has nothing to do with water droplets. It has everything to do with the easier scattering of shorter wavelengths of light, and our eyes' responsiveness to one specific short wavelength color (blue), over indigo and violet. Thanks for playin though. Hahaha

*Sigh* The most current tech. can do is bore a hole in steal, or slightly alter earth's atmosphere. Never-the-less, we strain to be able to alter our environments to allow for more habitation, although this is bad, none of us can stop it. Besides, there are only two places for particles pushed out of our atmosphere to go, right back here, to earth, or right to the sun(unlikely). There is nothing we can do to overtly cause long term harm to us.

It's in the ground, that is why it fires at an angle ant turns the atmosphere bklue, just like every other strong magnetic field. And it'ds not a "hope" any more than zig zagging a craft through the gravitaton fields of the planets is to guide it to it's target. and you can't say what anyone has built, or how many of anything there is. Besides, something short mounted on a deck is far different than this thing.
