Video name: 2000s Decade Recap - Entertainment

The first decade of the millennium has seen a sweeping change of the entertainment industry, from African American actors finally getting recognition for their talents, to outrageous new comedians and darker superhero movies. At the same time, scripted television programming took a back seat to countless reality shows, while fantasy novels and documentaries became a film craze, and celebrity icons passed away before their time. In this video, http://WatchMojo.com takes a trip down memory lane to re-tell the key moments from the past decade from entertainment.

Avatar movie was liked by many people. many people watched it 2 or more times. But i felt that the movie was good, but i could not watch it the 2nd time. i just liked it for the graphics. otherwise i felt it boring. the story is quite unrealistic.

Yeah growing up as a kid in the early 2000s everything ruled. Music, video gaming, cartoons, movies, and pretty much everything was awesome. At around 2008 everything started sucking.

Where is the video about how Bush and Obama grew the government and the debt more than any other presidents in US history combined? Bush and Obama = two of the worst presidents ever.

sega31098 - 28.10.2011 22:22:36
You wouldn't want to go back to the 1930s or 1910s. Those were the 2 worst decades.

sega31098 - 28.10.2011 22:21:54
Do you mean by the end of the 2000s? Because in the early years, notably the pre-9/11 00s, none of what you listed was too prevalent.

Stacc001 - 12.9.2011 23:30:52
Batman was boring.

mmtna - 9.9.2011 17:00:14
60s 70s 80s and especially 90s make the 2000s look like fucking hell

mmtna - 9.9.2011 16:58:49
@BumpThe21stCentury 60s music was better though

Dante95nyc - 9.9.2011 7:41:17
The decade really started to suck around 2006.

ohmygoshiloveapples - 4.8.2011 18:00:20
ur a noob

ohmygoshiloveapples - 4.8.2011 17:56:54
@cregrobert94 what makes 2008 gay? you're too young to complain about anything

ohmygoshiloveapples - 4.8.2011 17:55:37
Fuck this bitch, y she insult Star Wars??

Gaznugget - 30.7.2011 19:19:27
@cregrobert94 When you consider all of history, 2008 is great times to live in compared to 1908, 1808, 1708 or even 2108.

Gaznugget - 28.7.2011 16:22:05
@cregrobert94 Really? So you're telling me you'd rather starve to death in the Great Depression of the 30s or die a gruesome death in World War of the 40s, than live in 2008?

julesm881 - 28.7.2011 8:21:36
@cregrobert94 my point was this video is clearly titled recap in entertainment, and this person is off talking about wars and slaves. yes, we live in much better times than the 1800s, but this video is addressing entertainment, not politics and whatever else.

Gaznugget - 27.7.2011 21:31:06
@cregrobert94 So you'd rather live in 1933 or 1941 instead of 2008?
