I would consider Drake more of a rapper but then again he has some songs that are more R&B. Btw, Hip-Hop is a culture, while rap and R&B are the genres of the music that coincide within Hip-Hop. Graffiti painting and break-dancing, among other styles of dancing, are also parts of Hip-Hop. With that said, just enjoy the music.
