For me there is a very clear distinction between the old Blizz and the current Blizz. The Old Blizz died back in 2003/2004 when basically all the key people behind Diablo along with Bill Roeper left, followed by Allen Adham not an year later. Nobody really took notice of Adham leaving but for me that was the sign that the Blizz I know was no more.
