Dr. DRE does not drive this crap...why would he? And use BOSE! Besides, can they just make an advertisement for a segment of a population such as middle class, or high class so that all people within that class who are interested will buy the product instead of single outing african americans as a whole as if all african americans are the same and there is no diversity in class. Dr. DRE already has money...he should now think and look out for his people instead of perpetuating stereotypes.

They are not selling this cars to americans, they have singled out one segment and say: look, this is black and you are black so buy it. I hope african americans will realize the many stereotypes cramped here...and do something about this...

My beef is that the SRT8 is a performance sports car that is deserving of a better tranny than the 5 speed they put in it. I could live with the 5 speed, but I think they should do better.

Nothing crappy about the 5 speed they put in the SRT8. It lacks the extra cogs, sure, but Mercedes used a similar transmission in their AMG cars for years, going up to around 2009 or 2010 (don't quote me on that). If the 8 speed does well, it's likely we'll see a reinforced version find its way into the V8 models.

Agreed, however a BOSE system would be significantly more expensive. I own this car and the sound system is more than adequate. BOSE pricing is even more overpriced than Beats these days. The one advantage the S has this year is the 8 speed Mercedes ZF transmission. It is superior to the crap they put in the SRT8

Heads up to Chrysler, this car is appealing to more than just black people. Enough with your racially themed marketing! I'm buying this car because it is a great value for the money, and effectively competes against other cars in the same class (Genesis, etc). Eminem and ear splitting gospel music is unnecessary and tasteless.
