Due to excessive complaining from viewers, the way you do this is to find your handling.dat file in your GTA4 folder, edit "wbias" to be around -9 for each car.

Carmageddon Reincarnation ! But they will be need sponsors to make this game :)
If they reach 400.000$ in the next 24 days they will be releasing it !
Search kickstarter on google and look for Carmageddon Reincarnation !
