Let me explain the U.S. Army digital camos combined with this shitty camera made it appear like he was invisible.(can also be the fact that he was moving quickly) I've seen videos like this before a U.S. soldier in combat running to take cover, he dives, right when he dives he goes invisible.

This isn't cloaking technology, its just basic data compression... ever lose your signal in a rain storm on satellite TV? the programs that run the signal try to maintain the similarity of the images to produce a consistent good picture, when there is high movement or data stream problems the image is processed to adapt the motion/change for consistency. You crazy people also confuse the effect for "lizard people" and "ghost footage!"

This is the result of poor rendering of a video shot by a low quality camera. Notice that everything in the video that moves shows up poorly and everything that moves fast either doesn't show up or show up very poorly, while everything that is not moving show up relatively well. Thats a dead giveaway.
